He arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and a huge help. He drove to exchange my faulty battery, which was still under warranty, and then went to two other stores to purchase a new alternator. In total, including arrival, repeatedly testing both the old and new batteries, driving to the stores, cleaning a component (I forget the name), replacing the battery and alternator, and test-driving my car after each replacement, the entire process took about three hours, which I was very pleased with.
